Tamera is the best, I always request her to thread my eyebrows. Her threading is precise, and she gets the eyebrow tint right the 1st try. I never leave unsatisfied.

She really took her time with my brows and lashes. First place in town I've been where I've paid for a eyebrow shaping and felt like that's actually what Ive gotten rather than a quick wax of the stray hairs.

I had previously gone here for years because I didn’t know where else to get my lashes done but this last time I went, I felt unwelcomed. She did not say a single word to me from start to finish and that felt super unprofessional. Not coming back

I didn’t feel I had a professional experience. I got a snobbish attitude, as if she was above me and I shouldn’t have even thought of getting services from her. The interesting thing is the environment looks nothing like the picture on the internet. Appearance and a persons manner says a lot and she did not impress. I wouldn’t have mentioned anything if she was kind. I will not be returning. She should not be in a customer service environment. Do not go there unless you appreciate bad service. I did see a review after my appointment she was rough with the patient I totally agree. She should not be in business. She was on her phone during my time.
