Lux Spa & Nails

This used to be my go to place but in the last two years it’s gone down hill and the customer service is awful. The manager is really rude, I have seen him yell at people for coming in for fixed nails. It used to be very clean and recently during a pedi saw them using equipment from another client and didn’t put in the sanitized.

Owner didnt bother saying thank you and goodbye after visit. Million nail salons out there ...easy to switch to another

Decided to have a girl's day, brought my daughter for her first salon experience. The technician, along with other employees, talked about me in front of me while doing my nails the entire visit. This was the most uncomfortable paid service I have ever had. Both my daughter and I have decided that going to Walgreens and purchasing a Sally's home kit would be a better experience than going back to a salon and receiving the treatment that we did today. Super disappointed as this was supposed to been to a salon and done anything for myself like this in years and it was also my daughter's first experience.

Always a nice visit to Lux Nail and Spa! The pedicures with the leg massages are the best for tired legs and feet. They do excellent designs and acrylic nails and fills! I highly recommend them! Support your local businesses.

I'm in my late 50's and I realized I needed help with manicures and pedicures. To be honest, at first, I felt awkward going to a nail salon being a male. But now I feel comfortable and I actually relax and enjoy it. The staff at Lux S&N always treat me with respect and courtesy. I look forward to my treatments now and I recommend it to any male looking to look his best
