Their hours and online appointment booking service are not kept up to date! They specifically say that they will be back from a break on 3/3/26, I was able to book a time for that day, TAKE A COUPLE HOURS OFF OF WORK (it was the only time i could make it and I had a gift certificate that was about to expire), and the place is closed. Google maps AND their own website said it was open. There is no reason to have a third party booking service if you don't update it with days/times there isn't availability. Wouldn't be surprised if it was possible for someone to double book on top of your appointment. Like, this is basic, BASIC stuff. If you can't keep up with it, I highly doubt you are taking the attention to detail to clean your area or supplies. The most unprofessional business I've ever

Got my nails done and they didn’t go to the cuticles. As you can see the French tip one did but none of the rest. Went back and asked if they could just add paint to them and he said I’d have to pay more and then walked away. $55 + a $10 tip for nails that look like they’ve been growing out for two weeks.

I was seen in a timely manner, and they took good care of me and left me with amazing looking nails. I enjoyed the nice quiet atmosphere and totally had a nice “girl time”

Was way over charged. I got a French gel polish manicure, and my neices wanted tips with acrylic and gel polish over with a manicure. They glued full nail over her nails bed, and gel polished. She didn't get a manicure, nor did they use acrylic. She pretty much got what they use to call "party" nails. Was 100 for the 2 of us. They said mine was 45, so her's was 55. For them to glue down a nail and gel polish. She wanted the full experience which she has never had. I could have went and bought her fake nails from Walmart for 12 bucks. So poor girl didn't even get a manicure, no soak, no file, no cuticle work, no acrylic. A few are a little wonky and crooked. I have never in my life paid $60 for a fill. Yes, they look good. Well, I guess more, ok? He only went over them once with nail polish and the next day they looked like I have had them done for a week and had a lump on my thumb that I couldn't take so i had to file it down. They guy that did them was nice , but I won't be back. I normally pay $35-40 for a fill and feel $60 is OUTRAGEOUS.
