Lux Spa & Nail Salon

Got my acrylics removed was confused why a drill was being used and not soaked off. Asked for soak off but the hot spots had already happened On top of that my polish is bumpy and over the edges onto my skin. How do you charge for removal, shellac and manicure when my cuticles still look dry? I added a photo of what my nails looked like while removing the acrylic overlay… and the day after I got them done

First time coming and glad we found Lux Spa. The place is beautifully decorated and maintained. The staff was pleasant and even offered us complimentary drinks. Only downfall was we had an appointment for 4 but only two got seen in a timely manner. Overall, the pedicure I recieved and manicure came out very well.

I paid good money for a poor Job, this was my first time there and I left and my feet still had dead skin. I was not happy with the results I have paid cheaper for way more than they did on today. They try need to do better. When I said something about it she told me to pass vaseline on my feet. Really lady I should not have to do that after just leave the nail shop. They will not get another cent from me. Please find another nail shop don’t waste your time.

My mom and I have been going to see Tommy and Holly for 4 years now (maybe longer). We go every 2 weeks and always have a great time! Tommy and Holly always do wonderful work and know exactly what we want each time. I've been getting acrylic nails from Tommy for years and years and my natural nail is still in good condition. My acrylics always last and never break or lift.
