The hours of operation are not accurate. These are all independent businesses that do appointment only. The hours online should reflect "By Appointment Only" instead of the hours listed online. ***Update*** 3 years later I received a response and actually Google My Business Profile did at the time and does still have a "By Appointment Only" option for businesses. I know this because I manage the GMB profile for my construction company. You can set the "Hours" section to "Open no Main Hours" and it will have appointments on you GMB now.
