AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I should have run for the hills when she pulled out a drill for my natural nails. I’m embarrassed I kept quiet. She absolutely ruined all of my nails—drilled so deeply and unevenly/unecessarily that every nail has horrific-looking grooves and indentations. Used very harsh tools. I won’t be able to wear polish for months because it will look so poor because of this. It will take half a year to recover from the damage. She gave a very bland upsold massage as well. I very much regret going here instead of my usual place which never uses drills (lazy and unsafe) for what was supposed to be a quick clean up—my first and last time here. Also—don’t ask people if they have kids or not and then tell them they should, so bizarre!

Love this place!! I go here every month to get my eyebrows done and they are always so kind and great at what they do. They also have the best pedicures as well and everything is decently priced.

My mom and I have been seeing Julie for years and we're always beyond happy with our nails! You can bring her literally any design and she will deliver. I'm not picky when it comes to pedicures and I haven't had an issue with anyone who has done my pedicures for me here. (A little over a week of growth with the purple ombré)

Customer service sucks. The people that does your nails are rude as hell. Especially the one with the bad colored hair job. You can ask for one style but they give you what they want and got the never to sit up there and talk about you in your face. A professional knows not to drag the paint underneath your nail. Then when she finishes, she run and hide in the back and got the nerve to come out when it's time to pay looking for her tip.The older lady that did my pedicure is always pleasant and thorough. No wonder why they are always sitting in there looking bored. They are running off all their customers.

This place it’s a real scam, I am flight attendant and I was at hotel near by . First the lady there said prices and their card said different things so the one doing my nails was mad at the lady doing my pedicure because she give me the card she then snatched back!!!!. At the end she ask me to pay cash I was not ready I usually put theses expenses on my credit card she said we do only cash. In addition she was rushing and did do a good job. Anyway one star is way to much for this place at the end I had to Zelle her personal account I am just hopping the owner know what kind of people killing the business there. Horrible experience and customer service.
