Lux Nails & Spa

I have never written a review before, but after my experience I felt inclined to. I had an appointment yesterday, and it is 12 hours later, and two of my nails have already chipped. Not just a small chip, but whole chunks of the polish have come off. Half of the nail polish is now missing from two of my nails. This is not a normal way for nail polish to chip off. It has not even been 24 hours. I’m not sure what base coat or top coat products they may be using, but this is insanely disappointing. I know it was only a regular manicure, but I have never had this happen to me before from any other nail salon. My artist also rushed through the second half of my manicure because her next client arrived, which felt very unfair since I was on time to my appointment.

I’ve had a great experience I’ve been to multiple people I was a walk in and they took me right away! They greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was! And he absolutely did a great job on my nails he took his time and did not rush! He did an absolute beautiful job on my beetle juice nails and the price was amazing for the work he done!

Super amazing experience!! Everyone is so kind. I highly recommend coming here if you’re icky about your nails. I recommend Nancy. She’s the best at doing your nails and she’s so funny! 10/10! ☺️

Place is clean. Technicians are nice and polite. Everything is sanitized which is a key to successful business and returning customers. One thing I am disappointed is that they don’t have much choice for nail art at all. However, my girl Hana did an extremely well job on my gel mani and pedi. She took her time and took care of my manicure very very well.

Holly is skilled and attentive to my time here. She does great work ! The wait can be long though
