Lux Nails

I’ve been coming to the nail salon for the past Two years, I would sometimes go somewhere else and the other salons would mess up my nails, so I would always come back here to get my nails fixed, each time THEY DO SO GOOD. Recently, I found Mai For Gel X sets and she does so good. Someone else did my pedicure and she was so thorough. I learned my lesson and will continue to routinely come here. The receptionist is the sweetest ever she calls everyone mama and has such good energy🤗 thank you lux nails

I appreciate how well they maintain hygiene. The tools are neatly organized. The finished manicure is smooth and evenly colored. The experience was very satisfying. I highly recommend this place !

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. They were having issues with one another and yelling across the Salon and one woman was berating the other. It was very embarrassing and not where I want to spend my time if I’m away from work and would like a relaxing environment very dirty. .

Went in for a pedicure and it was disappointing and unclean. She had just finished a nail set when I walked in and when she came to me she grabbed the cuticle clippers she just used on someone else didn’t clean them and used a dirty nail bit that still had other people nail dust and cuticles on it she was wiping onto the towel to try to get off before using on me. Which is disgusting. Not to mention I got the package where you get a massage and all she did was rub a little bit of lotion on my legs for less then 30 seconds?!? No foot massage which is the main reason I went in for!! The most disappointing / unclean experience I have ever had. Would NEVER recommend to go here.

I have always liked this place as I get my nails done by Bella and she’s always so nice. Two weeks ago Bella was super busy and booked up so I had to go with another nail tech since the start she was very rude I came in with my baby since I don’t have any babysitters and she seemed so frustrated with that. I’m going through a lot right now and this was the first time trying to treat myself after having my baby. She rushed through the whole process it’s only been two weeks and my nails already peeled, and crack off at the corners since she did them so thin. She was talking crap about my baby and myself with another tech the whole time thinking I wouldn’t understand I was so sadden by this. With so many nail salons in Santa Maria you would think they would try to be better. So disappointing…
