Lux Nails

just wanted to write this review to say i had the worst experience at lux nails and would never recommend it to anyone! i showed the lady a picture of what i wanted the exact design and she could not deliver.. i asked her multiple times to fix it and she continued to say “ wait “ “ im not done “ … but yet after being there for almost a hour already trying to tell her that’s not how i wanted them she continued and i gave her a chance to see maybe they would change n i was just judging before it was done but by the time she was ready to do the design that i wanted it wasnt straight my nails were bumpy and the paint was everywhere on my hand and the bottom of my nails. wasted money. totally do not recommend!

Always love my nails by Tracey! I have come in with different pics and she delivers! My nails always look great and I get a lot of compliments on them.

I am new to town, and stopped in because it was close by. I took my 7 year old with me and she got nails painted on her hands (not a full manicure)/pedi and I asked for a basic pedicure and ended up paying $67 for a NOT basic pedicure with hot stones and paraffin wax. I should have known she wasn't doing a basic one, but I didn't have any clue the price tag. For my daughter, they put stickers on each finger, after I said no. Within 6 hours, half of the nails had absolutely no polish on them. I paid $53 for something that didn't last a day. I had to ask for the price breakdown as nothing matched the posted prices (I understand costs are going up and I know that they have to charge what they need). Communication was not great. Given the experience and cost, I won't be going back.

Love this nail salon in oxford ma. Always creative and the best at what they do. Nail graphics are always professional and detailed. I love my nails done from Lux Nails in Oxford Ma this nail salon goes above and beyond every time I go see them. I always let them be creative and they always come up with an amazing job but designing my nails thank you so much to all you wonderful employees over at Luxe nail in Oxford Massachusetts you guys are rock

I have been a client of Sonia’s for over 5 years! She is wonderful. Always able to squeeze me in if a I need a last minute appointment. My nails last almost 3 weeks. She is the only one who knew the trick to my oily nails. I love her designs too! Can’t recommend her enough!
