I’ve been coming here for over 3 years and I absolutely adore this salon! Dave does my nails and Mi usually does my mom’s nails we get dipped and they always turn out perfect- my moms nails last a solid 3 weeks without lifting or breaking. Mine do unless I pick at them(anxiety issues). I’m very picky, and you can tell them exactly what you want and they deliver every time. Dave even put a Trojan on one of my nails that he copied from my mug! And it was perfectly matched! Very talented! The people here make all the difference. It’s warm, welcoming, and fun- you feel like you’re hanging out with friends who also happen to be incredibly talented. I’ve been going here for almost a year and I have NO complaints what so ever. Every nail design I’ve come up with whether it’s simple, crazy or complex they have exceeded my expectations every single time and there isn’t a set I haven’t liked. I will not go anywhere else. Always satisfied with the work they do! They put so much effort into everything and truly care about what you want! I love my nails and every single person who works there! Highly recommend them and their work:)

I have been to Lux multiple times this year. Usually I have had a good experience. Have liked my nail sets, minor flaws but nothing I couldn’t over look. In the past, I’ve had the owner and one of the older lady employees do my nails. But today when I went in, I was given to a new lady with glasses. As she was doing my nails, I had to tell her multiple times to fix something. She kept getting nail color on my fingers and I had to point it out, and at one point there was a hair on my nail and I had to ask her to fix it. She never nicely said, oh of course! She just silently would fix it with no smile, so it felt like I was a bother for asking. She didn’t even give me a minute to look at them at the end to make sure I liked them, just quickly took me to the register. I paid in full and tippe

I came here the first time in the beginning of may and my nails turned out AMAZING. Although, when I came back today I had an appointment for 12:30 and they didn’t get to me until 1. That wasn’t too big of a deal, a little annoying but whatever. Then I got this older lady with glasses (don’t know her name) and she started doing a different routine than they usually do with acrylic so I asked her just to make sure if she was doing acrylic and she said yes. And then she started putting base coat on my nail so I told her that I wanted acrylic. Not just gel. So she does it but now every other nail is a different length and she gets glue all over my fingers and literally had to dig her nail in between my skin and nail so she could paint them. When she starts painting is when it gets really bad.

I decided to go to a new nail place and it went so smooth and i set my expectations a little high and Dave went above and beyond and he was very kind and helping with other clients to make sure they were happy, the atmosphere is clean and welcoming and good music!
