LUX NAIL LOUNGE AT AVALON

I’ve been coming to Luxe Nail Salon at Avalon for a couple of years now, and every visit is such a treat! The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful…clean, modern, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. They always greet you with a warm smile and offer a beverage, which makes the whole experience feel extra special. The color selection is fantastic…so many shades and finishes that it’s hard to choose! Every technician I’ve seen has been professional, friendly, and meticulous. Today, Lynn and Kelly took care of us, and they were wonderful…so sweet, attentive, and thorough. My nails look perfect, and they made sure we felt pampered the entire time. Holly is amazing!! She has now done two sets for me and I’m impressed each time!! And she is so nice also! She did a red and pink checkered pattern nail for me and a gorgeous black French tip! Loved both and have gotten so many compliments from each set! Thank you Holly!! :)

Amazing atmosphere and amazing service!!! Annie was fantastic - the neck, shoulder, and leg massages she provided as part of the pedicure were just above and beyond! Cannot wait to go back. This is my new fav place!

The experience here is very inconsistent. Kelly always does a great job, but during my last visit I was assigned a new technician and the result was disappointing. After only 3 days, my nails and cuticles already looked poorly done. When I asked him to clean my cuticles, he said, “Next time you need to tell me in advance.” Cuticle care should be a basic part of a manicure, not something the client has to request. I hope the salon improves training and service consistency.

I’ve been going to this place for so long and it is SO GOOD. Not only does the staff feel like family but they are so nice with giving out drinks and making whatever nail design I want happen. For Christmas I got these cross nails and they did amazing!
