Lux Nail Bar

The woman who did my pedicure used the grater on my big toe to remove callouses ….which I don’t have. The skin on my toe was cut open and bleed quite a bit. It has been 18 days and the wound has not healed. My shellac manicure lifted up from the base of the nail catching on clothes, etc.a picture of the wound on my big toe is shown below (after 18 days).

The man that did my nails, did an AMAZING job the design that I got was by no means simple. The reason he isn’t getting 5 starts how ever is bc there are small mistakes that since they were done on my hand I was able to notice instantly but others would have to look a little more to see. But as I tried to inform him of these mistakes idk if he didn’t really understand me or what but he kinda just brushed it off. Anyway he still did really good despite mistakes and got a generous tip (in the second pic is the mistake)

Me and my gf went there for a simple manicure and pedicure and my gf nail was butchered. Nicked her multiple times on the same nail. Wish I could leave 0 stars

Every time I go to this nail salon I have a great experience. I feel nothing but good vibes and I always get what I ask for. ALWAYS. I do want to point out that I make a decent drive to come here, so it’s definitely worth it to me. I am NOT picky, so if you’re extra picky maybe this wouldn’t be a good place, but as I mentioned before I am always satisfied! Never any damages to my cuticles, and never experienced any type of damage during an appointment. 10/10 recommend & will be returning! :)

Casey did a great job with my nails it turned out great like how I expected and I’m hoping to return again !!
