Lux Hair Studio

I have been going to Katrice for 6 months and yesterday I stopped by her studio to explain that some very important was happening tomorrow ( she was with a client so I asked if it was okay to speak with her, she said yes) so I asked if I could I please reschedule my appointment, her response was yes you are not canceling you are rescheduling so it should be fine, l will get back to you when I am done. Well her response was very upsetting. Al of a sudden she is quoting her cancellation policy (nothing in that policy mentions rescheduling) and telling me that I would have to be there tomorrow or I will be charged and I would have to prepay my next appointment.
