I’ve been going to Jessica Sheffer at Lux Salon & Spa in Folsom for over three years, and every visit exceeds my expectations. She truly listens, explains her process, and consistently delivers exactly what I’m hoping for. My color always looks natural, my highlights are spot-on, and my cuts grow out beautifully. The salon is welcoming and professional, and I always leave feeling confident. If you’re looking for a stylist who genuinely cares about her clients and her craft, Jessica is the one. I got a wash, haircut, and style by Stephanie B! She is super nice and I highly recommend her. I've been to LUX before however, both my hair stylists that I liked do not work here anymore so I had switched to other salons. I was a little hesitant walking in but I am so glad I booked Stephanie. She listened to what I wanted for my hair and nearly the entire time, we had a great conversation! Very pleased with her service.

Worst place ever to go for hair!! I asked for a very simple light brown hair color. The hair stylist Sabrina upon seeing the photo said that it was silver and that the lighting in the photo was what was making it look brown. When the hair was very clearly a light brown! Not only that but she called over another hairstylist to agree with her and say it was silver. I repeatedly told them that my hair was too silver and I wanted it to be a warmer brown color. Not only that but when Sabrina bleached my hair she directly put it on my scalp causing my scalp to become damaged and burn. Nearing the end of the appoint when we were drying my hair was silver. The exact opposite of what I wanted….. at this point the time was now 9pm I sat there for 7 hours watched her destroy my scalp and then bully m

Stephanie B is amazing! She's so sweet and full of knowledge. I always feel so comfortable in her chair. She's been doing my hair for about 8 years and has given me all different colors and cuts! Im always looking for an excuse to come sit in her chair! I couldn't recommend her more!!

I really had an amazing experience today with Virgo Roxanne. She knows what she is doing and very knowledgeable about hair types . She heard me and made a great suggestions . My hair was a mess from not taking care of it and now I really love it . Thank you Virgo!
