I'm a first time customer and I had my doubts due to previous experiences at other places. They set me up with a very nice gal named Madison and I gotta say, I'm very impressed and happy with the entire experience. Everyone was incredibly nice. I really like how Madison would consult with other hairdressers and they seemed ready and willing to help. The hand, arm and neck massage was a nice touch, but my hair...oh, how I love what was,done to my hair. Better than expected and just all around happy with everything. Thank you Madison!!!! I'll be back!!

The salon atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and beautifully put together — the guest service is inviting and attentive. A special thank you to Audree — she really listened to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and delivered exactly the cut and style I was looking for. Ria is a very skilled hair cutter and colorist. She is attentive and takes the time to listen and understand exactly what you’re envisioning. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their experience. I got exactly the results I wanted today! I also received a mini hand massage from Julius that definitely showed him to be an expert therapist. This is a high-end salon that likes to pamper you. The price point is slightly above the average but if you are looking for premium service, then I highly recommend.

Lux Salon is a classy relaxing environment that I always enjoy entering. I now have more reason to go as I LOVED my massage w Julius! He is skilled and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and did a fabulous job with my back & hips! I walked feeling incredibly good - already booked 3 more apts 😍
