LUV NAILS AND SPA

I came in on Wednesday to have my nails done, and by Friday I was already experiencing issues—two nails had chipped polish, and one nail’s polish was peeling. Given that it had only been two days, I returned on Friday to have the issue corrected. Unfortunately, the only solution offered was for me to wait an additional hour for the same technician to redo the nails. I had already waited approximately 45 minutes during my original visit, and it was unreasonable to expect another extended wait to fix a service that should have lasted longer than two days. As a result, I chose to leave without having the issue resolved. This was especially disappointing, as the nails were intended for Valentine’s Day and did not meet expectations. I've been coming here for so many years, my friends used to come here because of me but they disliked the retention and experience. I too am done with this location. The cuticles are not cut they use a nail drill to get it off and break off/dry out your cuticles. I didn't know this was not normal until my new salon that does my pedicures in Long Beach told me. My last experience was the cherry on top, I asked her to fix my middle nail as pictured in the third photo. Instead of taking it off she cut it the opposite way with a nail clipper but now it looks uneven. The towel she put under my hand was reused, she pulled it from her white cart and there was gel builder on it and some kind of glitter. great customer service, great staff, so clean and nice and always does my nails nice. my nails always last long . I get a fill in every 3-4 weeks. and they always send discount text to loyal customers

I just left this place very unsatisfied. Not only are the nails disgusting looking. I was shoved by the female on stall 8 because I didn’t want to pay because she didn’t want to continue to working on my nails. She’s didn’t want to fix my nails or finish…According to her I’m too picky. I mean look at these things they are horrible. I could have defended myself and hurt this person really bad or press charges. The manager is not doing anything about the situation and it’s just not professional work ethic. Now I have to damage my nails by removing them. The worse thing about it, I havent been able to come in-in 2 months. I had to find a babysitter just to get them done. It’s my 1st time leaving my son with anyone since he was born. Not cool… this is suppose to be a place of peace. I’m feelin

I was able to get serviced by Lily(gel x full set) and Cathy(gel pedicure) and I had an amazing experience. Cathy did my gel x set and it looks super natural and looks like my real nails and Cathy, I always love my pedi when she does it. She really takes her time and pays attention to every detail. Lily is always very efficient and quick. She’s very dainty with her work, as she is herself. Thank you both ladies for an excellent experience. This has been my go to place since I was 16, and I’ve trusted them every since. Brian has amazing employees and is a great manager.
