I had an appointment for a hairstyling (confirmed by txt msg when I booked and also on the day of) and when I got at Luv salon, Mariana came to talk to me, introduced herself as Mary's assistant and asked to see pictures of the hairstyle I wanted for my hair (low hair bun). She brought me over to the chair and started curling my hair. After she finished curling the hair she stepped away for a while and came back saying Mary was not coming in on time to do my hair and she was sorry... just like that...
