LUUM Lash

First time coming here was super quick service took about an hour all together. The robot was really soft hardly felt anything. Destiny took her time filling in any lash that needed to be filled. Overall the lashes look great very natural

I love the convenience of LUUM and the personal service from Destiny. She’s the best. She is kind, professional and does an excellent job of supplementing the efficient and beautiful set of lashes that Farrah (the robot) delicately creates!

I had such a wonderful experience at Loom Lash! This was my first time getting lash extensions, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. The entire process was incredibly relaxing and surprisingly fast. My lashes turned out absolutely beautiful—so natural, soft, and perfectly styled. A huge thank you to my master, Serena Liu, who truly made my day. She made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the entire session. Her professionalism and gentle approach made the whole experience even more special. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back!

I love LUUM! I had Chae as my technician and she was AMAZING! I had never had extensions before and was a bit nervous to hop into their machine, but the way she explained how each touch is like butterfly kisses made me feel comfortable, calm and confident to enter the machine. When it was all said and done I felt like a beautiful butterfly 🦋
