I specifically asked if the technician assigned could execute the design because I am particular about my nails, and if not, I was completely willing to get a basic set instead. Would not recommend!! I booked an appointment online for two people, but it was already a hassle since they called me saying only one nail tech was available for the time I booked. My pedicure came out uneven and splotchy. During my manicure, I asked for a Gel-X + soak off. The tech, Jenny, used cuticle clippers to remove gems and ended up cutting my natural nail, causing it to bleed. It was a pretty deep cut. I pulled my hand back out of reflex and she pulled my hand back down. After she filed the polish off I told her I was going to take a picture of my nail. She had the audacity to ask me why.. She didn’t apologize!! She then consulted with the manager Kim about my nails. They dismissed my cut like it was nothing and told me that my nails were too thin to do anything on them. I was sad

This was my second time going to Lush. My friend has been going for years and recommended it to me. I booked online for Chloe. She did an amazing job on what I asked for, from my at home design. Since I couldn’t find a photo of what I wanted exactly. Chloe made sure I liked the shape of my nails and the look of the cat eye! It is pricey but they are great and you’re paying a good price for your services that you receive.
