I came here for the first time while the customer service itself was great. I completely hate my nails I ordered and ombré full set soon as I got home my thumbnail chipped. So I went back the next day to have them fix that as well as fix my nails because they were all different sizes. They ended up pretty much filing my nails all the way down and now I really hate them and they are still fat and different sizes. He tried to blame it on my finger being fat but I get my nails done often and I’ve never had this issue. So I will add pics of my nails as well from another salon without the fat different sized nails. Anyways I had them add black open hearts to try to make them somewhat likable I’ll add the inspirational pic for that as well. Either way I’m not satisfied and $150+ spent for nails

Excellent service! The lady who did my feet and the gentleman who did my nails were amazing. Great customer service and great treatment. Very happy with my experience. Five stars for both!

recently moved and needed to get a fill before going out of town. been going to my local place for 5+ years (felt like i was cheating on them fr). i get the same color/shape by the same person every time, so this was out of my element. kevin was absolutely wonderful. i cannot say enough wonderful things about him. this place is so lucky to have him!

I had my nails done with Heidi, and I come here often- and Heidi probably gave me the best nails of my life. This is only place to go for quality nails and pedicure- even waxing! Thank you so much !!

Did Mani pedi yesterday with acrylic and was a horrible experience. Charged me for a full mani tho all he did was clean cuticles and nothing else. I kept saying that the nail looks a little long and he kept repeating that oh you are confused ( what the heck is that supposed to mean). He buffed my nails so deep that it started bleeding on few nails. Did not give me any massage/ lotions or put proper cuticle oil. The pedi lady kept pulling my feet hard for me to put it according to her instead of asking me politely and on top of all this they gave me wrong change back and when I asked the guy was like of yeh yeh I said the wrong change back …smh Not suggesting this place I hve Infection on my toenail now too cuz it was buffed too close to my skin smh
