LUSH NAIL SPA

Today I saw Abby and am extremely disappointed. She moved so fast and carelessly that I barely got to look at my nails while she did them. Turns out, my gel mani is lumpy, uneven and some fingers look like they have a week of grow out (I got them done an hour ago). I was so happy to have found a nail place that consistently did quality work but now I’ll be continuing the search. I’ve seen Ali before here and was happy with my manicures those times. But, I like the online booking system and don’t think I’ve actually gotten the person I booked with any of the times. Edited 8/5: After Lush reached out, I scheduled an appointment to have Ali fix my nails and they came out PERFECT! I will try to only see her moving forward. Throroughly enjoyed my pumpkin spice pedicure with Rose. Candles, oils, heat wraps, a delicious drink, gorgeous setting - I felt like a movie star. So grateful for all the detail they add to make your pedicure special and outstanding - thats all aside from pretty nails and rejuvenated feet! Just the best gift to me once a month ❤️

I’m new to this salon and every service I’ve had with Rose has been nothing short of wonderful. She is so detail oriented and sweet, I always look forward to my appointments and leave happy. The salon is clean and beautiful, very efficient yet not rushed. Update: I had Jenny today and she did a beautiful job as well!

For 150$ including tip, for two pedicures and a manicure, I expected more since this place is supposed to be a higher end place. My toe completely chipped and it’s been less than 24 hours (9/7/24, we got them done). Also the nail tech, did not properly shape my nails. My husband and I went yesterday for our anniversary and both got our toes done and we were both disappointed with the results. The nail tech also left gaps on my nails during my manicure. The attention to detail was not there at all. If you look at the pictures you can see gaps and the cracks on my toes. Totally wasn’t expecting these results because most of the photos on here, the nails are gorgeous. Very disappointed, especially for the price we paid.

I came in on Wednesday May 21st for a gel manicure. I needed an old dip manicure soaked off and asked for a gel French tip manicure. I was seated with Amy. Right away I noticed she used the electric buffer a bit excessively. The buffer got very hot and burned my fingers several times. She also 'shaped' my thumb nail by cutting into the nails side wall which was unnecessary and painful. That nail was short to begin with so I didn't expect it to look like the rest so I wish she hadn't tried to manipulate it's shape. It's a pretty manicure but it's overshadowed by my bleeding cuticles which are cut up, and
