Initially I was quite satisfied, I received SNS Thursday and by Saturday five nails had chipped. I went back Tuesday but didn’t remember my number and they gave me a different shade, quickly done and was speaking to each other in their language as if I was a bother. I will never go back , I felt like I was a bother and not the right color they preferred to cater too. They will serve people of color but you Will feel not welcomed. Two different types of shade pink and terribly done too thick
I have given this place a try 5 different times because it’s near me, and each time I went back hoping that I had just caught them on an off day or because someone gave me a gift card. However, now I know that it’s the same every time. It’s extremely overpriced for a low quality manicure. I always get gel manis and they last a week, compared to other salons I’ve been to that last 3+ weeks. For the high price, that’s disappointing. Two of the times I went, my nails peeled off the day after I got them done, so I went back in to see if they would fix them. They said they would but they would charge me. I won’t be going back.
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Lush Nails and Spa was so frustrating that I felt I needed to speak up. I came in asking for a simple square shape for my nails — nothing fancy, just clean and square. The man doing my nails completely ignored what I asked for. I repeated myself multiple times, very clearly, and he still shaped them however he felt like doing. It was like he had no interest in listening at all. Eventually, another woman had to come over and try to fix them. I appreciated that she tried, but honestly, the damage was already done, and I still walked out unhappy. The tips looked awful — uneven, bulky, and poorly done. To make matters worse, there was glue all over my nails and even stuck to my hands. It was messy and unprofessional. This experience felt rushed an
Just moved to Atlanta and was a little hesitant to venture out due to covid but desperately needed my nails done. The salon is very clean and service was extremely fast and well done (pedicure and manicure were done at the same time) The only suggestion I would have is to have a friendlier person greeting, answering phones, and processing payments - she wasn’t as nice as the techs. Overall I had a wonderful experience and will be back!
This is my current nail salon and Jenny is my manicurist! She is wonderful with solar nails and gel. Just don't ask for designs. Jenny don't have time for that! Lol
