Never Again Lush at Merchants Walk Terrible French SNS at Lush today. They left the pink i had on for Valentine’s Day (visible in photos) and the lines are jagged on the tips. In addition to doing this terrible French Manicure on me (which took 2 hours!), they also nicked my daughter twice (bloody). Back to Bluegrass tomorrow to get these removed and get my hands re-done. Not sure why I tried somewhere new. Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not recommend!

This place is terrible. It is a beautiful salon setup but the staff are not very skilled and up to new trends. If you want a mediocre acrylic set this place is for you. I would only recommend a simple gel mani if you need something quick otherwise don’t waste your money or time here. I had to come back the next day to have my nail fixed. Never again!

The worst experience ever! I arrived showed them my nails which were coffin shaped! I needed two repaired & fill-in. Picked color and she started to do my nails she not only cut me but did not shape my nails, nor remove the lifted acrylic and never said before starting we do not specialize in coffin shape nails.

10 years of getting my nails done and this was by far my worst experience. The technician aggressively was peeling off my sns with nail clippers instead of soaking them. She cut my nail down the middle and it started bleeding. It was hurting and I had to ask for acetone and a bandaid, but her and the manager were insisting I put a nail on top of it. That is a sanitary issue and could cause an infection. I ended up just walking out after my pedicure, which also I got upcharged for. I wanted the classic pedicure that was $28 and she gave me the $45 pedicure and when I said I didn’t ask for that, the technician fought me on it. I ended up paying and leaving. Not to mention, I have come to this salon 2 times before and my sns chipped after 2 days both times and I had to come back to get it fix

This photo was taken while we were still in the salon chair after they finished my daughter’s “manicure”. I’ve tried here three times because of the little girls’ chairs (so I can get a service while my young daughters do too). I truly have had three bad experiences. They are very unfriendly and do not perform services well at all. My daughter’s polish did not last even 6 hours and looked terrible. I’m not sure how they stay in business. Very disappointing experience; do not recommend.
