LUSH Nail Bar

I really like how my nails turned out in the end, and the salon itself is super cute and even has a nespresso coffee bar. However, the experience wasn’t the most comfortable, the lady doing my nails was very rough and actually cut me multiple times during the process on both hands and feet, that i think my foot is infected from how deep the cut is. I’m happy with the final product of my nails, but the service could have been much gentler. I definitely will not be coming back and would not recommend this salon

Me and my sister went to get our nails done and compared to other nail salons we both loved the atmosphere!! It was smaller but the people were so nice and friendly!! They’re very skilled as well! The shaping on both of our nails is very well done and the designs look good too! The only thing I have to say is they switched us around with the nail stylists while we were there, but I didn’t really mind because the job was still well done!

I’ve gone here a few times, and unfortunately the experience I had today was enough to keep me away. I came in as a walk in and there was no one in the shop besides me and the one worker. Things started off fine, even though we sat in silence the whole time and I felt like she didn’t want my service. After she buffed my nails and told me to wash my hands I came back to her cutting her cuticles. I gave her a look and she put the cuticle cutter away but proceeded to pull one out that looked the exact same. So I have no idea if it’s the same one she just used, if it was sterile, etc. I kept to myself in hopes for my sake it was a different tool. However, while my nails were under the UV she proceeded to then cut her nails in front of me, which were being thrown in my direction with the way sh

I’ve been going to Lush Nail Bar fairly regularly for the last year. I’ve had mostly a good experience until last week. I switched from dip to gel x because I thought it felt better than dip. I was super disappointed in the last manicure as it was rushed and there was no attention to detail. They had a large party coming in so it was clear that they just wanted to get me done and out. It’s been a week and I’ve lost 2 nails and a few have lifted. When I looked closely when she was done I noticed the nail size was wrong on most of my nails and there was a ton of excess gel on my cuticles and under my nails. This may just be an isolated incident, but I’m certainly not going back, especially since they charge a lot for a mediocre manicure.

Annie NAILED it! 🤭 She said “I know exactly the color” and she was right. The quality and shape were spot on. The ease and comfort of our conversations is something I’ve never gotten anywhere else. It felt like I went to a friends house to do nails 💅
