⭐ 1 Star I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I got my nails done before going on holiday, and within 4 days they literally started breaking in half — not lifting, not coming off — snapping in half. By the time I returned from my trip on the 12th day, more than half of my nails were broken, and I was left with only four tips still on. I went back to the salon to complain and showed them photos as proof of what happened. The manager took zero accountability and immediately said, “We have a policy, we can’t do anything.” I explained that the nails didn’t fall off naturally — they broke in half, which clearly shows a quality issue. If you are considering Lush Nails… RUN, don’t walk! I’ve been getting mani/pedis for well over a decade and when I tell you Lush Nails is phenomenal, they are that deal. I’ve had services with a few different nail artists at this location, but Alice and Peter are my AMAZING DREAM TEAM! 💫 I’m a busy mom of two young boys and they ensure each visit is relaxing, rejuvenating, and remarkable. I leave each time so thankful to have found them. After consistently caring for me for nearly a year now, I don’t even come in with a design in mind. I had such an amazing experience today! I was just in town from Florida. My sister is a frequent flyer here and I figured I like give them a try! Customer service was excellent. Work was of great quality! I will definitely be returning. Alice did my nails and Peter did my toes! 10/10 recommend!!!

Heine is sooo amazing. She shapes so well and can do the best designs. She also put me onto gelx nails and they have lasted for up to 6 weeks! Super sweet lady, 11/10 !! Also everyone else in the shop is very nice.

Peter is amazing! He does such a great job on my pedicures. I always request him when I come here! The staff is always nice and friendly. The salon is also always very clean! Lee did my nails and I will be back for him to do them next time!! He did just what I asked for! My go to nail salon!
