LUSH NAIL BAR - MACON

TERRIBLE! I got SNS on my nails. Dude was rushing the whole time. Did a terrible job. I left and my nails looks rough. You could see the lines from the tool used to smooth out the nail. There were white spots where he filed too hard and filed away the polish. I went back the next day and told them my nails were smooth and shiny. I guess the guy who originally did them didn’t do the final top coat that makes them shiny. I pointed out the white spots. A lady put the top coat on but didn’t offer to fix the other spots. It’s not super noticeable so I didn’t argue it but I will not be going back. Ever. My nails were also super jagged and I had to file them when I got home. First two pictures are day of. Lynn was amazing! I appreciate her taking her time on her service when she didn’t have to. She knew what I needed and advised me on what was better for my nails. She even stayed passed closing time to make sure I got what I wanted.

I’ve been coming to Lush Nail Bar for a while, and they used to do my nails very well, always exactly what I wanted and more. That’s why this experience was extremely disappointing. I already noticed that his training and skill level were not up to par compared to the other technicians that have done my nails, but I assumed he was being given another opportunity. Before I even sat down, I showed him a picture and clearly explained the exact shape and design I wanted. He responded “okay,” but then ignored my requests and did something completely different. When I tried to correct the nails, he became visibly frustrated and sighing, breathing heavily, and acting as if I was inconveniencing him, even though I was paying for the service. This made me very uncomfortable. The shape was wrong,

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lynn is absolutely the best nail tech ever! She does such amazing work every single time and always listens to exactly what I want. My nails always turn out perfect—just the way I like them. On top of her talent, she is so kind, professional, and makes every appointment enjoyable. I wouldn’t trust my nails to anyone else. Highly recommend Lynn to anyone looking for beautiful, quality nails!

Honestly this is the only place that I go to. You don’t have to be picky about who you does your nails because everyone does an outstanding job and offers amazing customer service! They are quick even if it’s packed and affordable. They are the chick-fil-a of nail salons. I drive an hour out of the way to come here because it’s worth. Today Emily and Kyle did my nails and toes the conversation was great and everything came out perfect. An honorable mention to Son who I also love going to.
