Lush Nail Bar Jodeco

I came in the day before Valentine’s Day for a full set and originally planned to get a pedicure as well. Because the salon became very busy, I wasn’t able to get the pedicure that day and decided to return at a later time. I recently came back for the pedicure, as I hadn’t had one in months and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The paraffin wax was applied at a temperature that was far too hot and extremely uncomfortable. I expressed that it was too hot, but it remained painful and made the experience stressful rather than relaxing. Additionally, the massage portion felt more like oil being applied rather than an actual massage. For $71, I anticipated a more attentive and comfortable service. I went to lush nail bar - Jodeco a couple of days before my birthday with a reference photo . I was super nervous because the picture had many nail designs and i’ve never had anyone to get them close to the pic , so i’m used to sticking with solid colors . Sebastian was great! As soon as i showed him the picture and the adjustments i had in mind , he reassured me that im going to love my birthday nails and i did ! Daisy also did great with my gel pedicure . They even gave me a birthday discount . The place was clean and staff was friendly . They have wine and other beverages as well . I will be coming back for sure 💙

**Update** Went back the same afternoon, I was seated right away, tech did a good job. Thanks! Waited for about 40 min. in the waiting area, after that, they seated me at a table, I sat for an additional hour, a total of nearly 2hrs and nothing! No one did my nails, nothing, wasted time!

I’ve been going here on and off since I’ve moved back but I won’t be returning after today. Yesterday I booked an appointment online for Yuna and I’ve never booked with her before. When I checked in, the gentleman started on my nails and Yuna finished whenever she got done with her previous client. I could’ve honestly waited but he was ready to start so I didn’t want to be rude. I ended up not being too happy with my nails and so I called when I got home. I scheduled an appointment with Nikki at 10:30 today but she was with another client. The gentleman from yesterday had to fix my nails but the customer service was off. I asked if he could change the color and he said no, because I have on SnS. He could have tried to recommend a type of design that could help out but no. I ended up having

I am fairly new to getting my nails done and my experience here has been great! The staff is amazing, specifically Jenifer, as she has been doing an amazing job! Her personality is very refreshing and I love the work that she has been doing on my nails. I will definitely keep coming back!
