I want to first emphasize that I have gone to Lush for years and can strongly say every staff member that has previously worked on my nails has always done truly flawless work and are extremely helpful and pleasant. I have never once left Lush upset regardless of who did my nails or what I got, which is why I have been coming monthly for so many years. In particular, the older gentleman has done my nails the most and he is absolutely amazing and I could not recommend him enough. This is all the more reason why I am very upset with my last visit. I had booked an appointment for an acrylic refill and a gel polish change for my toes, which is usually what I get since I've been getting my nails done frequently. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for a decade and have tried several salons in the area, but I consistently find myself coming back to Lush Nails. The salon is always clean, the pricing is competitive, and the technicians are excellent. For nails, I see Michelle, who is fantastic, my manicures last for weeks. There are many other talented technicians there as well. This year, I started getting my lashes done with Zen. I’ve always been skeptical about lash extensions because I dislike the maintenance and overly fake look, but Zen completely changed my mind. She is meticulous, incredibly gentle, and uses high-quality products that create a natural, beautiful result. Zen also does nails, and I highly recommend both her and the entire team at Lush Nails.

Everyone at the store is so nice and welcoming! Zen was especially sweet — she made sure to check with me on each change she made to my nails to be sure I liked them, which I really appreciated.
