Customer Reviews
I went to Lush Nail Bar on May 24, 2025 to get an acrylic manicure and pedicure for my birthday. It was my first time there, and I couldn’t go to my normal place because they were booked and my appointment was last minute. I had a great pedicure experience here with Johnny. However, my manicure with Deilyn was very subpar. Later in the evening on the day that I got the nails done, the nail on my right ring finger came clean off while putting my shoes on. Now, less than 2 weeks after that (today is June 5th, 2025) , another nail has come off and the rest are lifting. I have been getting acrylics on my nails for 10 years, and have never had nails pop off like this before. I have paid far less for services similar to this (the nails here cost $150 and I added a $15 tip and a separate $20 tip
I’ve been regularly coming here for manicures for at least half a year and I’ve always had a good experience. I just get acrylics, gels, and simple designs. The place is large and clean, the techs do a great job and will remember you after just a few visits, which I appreciate. The photographed nails were done by Jason, Deilyn, and V.
The staff was very nice however I went for full set and tech neglected to do my cuticles after putting them in acetone wash for a time. They are very dry 6 days later. In addition one hand has nails shorter than the other and polish not to cuticle. I will try them again but not with the male tech I had. Update: I decided not to go back there. Instead I went to a different location and the service was so so much better!
I feel I got what I paid for. $20 for a polish manicure and it was decent. The massage and prep was great but he didn’t wait for the polish to dry at all between layers so they took FOREVER to fully dry. I did mess one nail up while waiting and they were kind to fix it right away. Not sure I would go back. Did enjoy the complimentary water and tons of parking.
I'm not sure why this nail salon has such a low rating at all! Ask for Yen when you come in! She'll give you exactly what you want and they'll last months if you need them too. I refer all of my friends and family here. They are also very upfront and consistent with pricing. Attached is a pic of my nail sent to my mom so that Yen could replicate. Tell me it isn't a perfect deep French tip!
