I wanted to try this place since it was new. Overall really beautiful and welcoming. They have a big color selection if you want to have options. The staff are friendly, I had Kelly and she was really nice! Since the place is new there is a promotion happening with cute little gift at the end if you guys want to check it out. Cons I had at this place is that I made an appointment and I still had to wait as if I was a walk in, so that was kind of pointless. I got gel UV nails and the way the builder gel was sculpted was not the best. The nail shape was really uneven compared to all the others and the techs still have a lot of room to grow. I visited this salon with my sister, who has been a repeat client and has brought them business multiple times since they have opened. Unfortunately, this experience raised concerns regarding service quality, pricing transparency, cleanliness, and professionalism. The pedicure was not a full or proper service. My cuticles were not pushed back or thoroughly cleaned, and gel polish was applied without adequate prep. When I asked during the service whether the cuticles would be cleaned, I was told they already had been, which did not appear to be the case. The Gel-X manicure involved minimal preparation. Had a great experience with a gel manicure and pedicure here! They did an excellent job and went above and beyond, I mentioned my daughter and they gave me a balloon to give to her. I will definitely be coming back!

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. My manicure and pedicure turned out beautifully, and the attention to detail was amazing.
