Lush Cosmetics Westfarms Mall

i usually don't write reviews but this worker absolutely deserves one! she was beyond welcoming , when i went into the store she gave lots of information about each products and tips and tricks on how to use them! i never experienced amazing customer until this day ! Kelly was just amazing! you can tell she actually loves going to work and caring for her job! we need more people like her. i will definitely be visiting this store more often just found my favorite spot! and it was my first time visiting. she was extremely friendly and sweet.

Customer Service is A++ A group of students and I visited the location for a school assignment, and everyone was so kind and respectful. We got to see the amazing products, each with a great scent, while seeing how Lush highlights its surrounding community. We went during Black History Month, and there were so many ways to get involved, showing how the company stands for its values. The employee (Shoutout Tia!) was the sweetest person ever and seemed to love her job. We were given a body scrub freebie, and I'll definitely be going to buy the full size ASAP

Our daughter had her 10th birthday party here and it was AMAZING! 10/10 I would recommend to everyone and anyone. The staff had so many activities planned for the girls that kept them laughing and having a blast the entire time. Even the parents got involved in the fun and we had a great time! I especially loved that the parties can be before or after the store opens/closes that way you have the place to yourself. Thank you Kayla and Rea so much for making this experience memorable for all the kids and parents. See you again for her 11th!

Walking around mall & wasn’t planning to stop, but bath bombs for the kids looked cool drew us in. Dasha, the employee was beyond helpful and friendly, answered all questions and gave great recommendations, gave demo for kids in the sink which sold us. Was even nice enough to make a sample to test out hair product which I really like. Will be back. Thank you Dasha!

I really love Lush products. I have been to many of their stores throughout the states. Westfarms Mall has some of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. On my last visit, the employee was more concerned with applying the facial mask than delivering customer service.
