Lush Cosmetics Washington Square

Isaac! He's a super star! I came in a couple of times during the holidays to pick up gifts for a couple of BFF's and for myself. Well, where to begin..... Isaac kind of took me under his wing and first of all educated me about a face cream I've been using for years, Gorgeous. I told him that my most recent purchase of it didn't smell or feel the same. He told me there's an OG Gorgeous and that's what I'd been used to buying. The smell and feel is completely different from the new recipe. He told me I could swap it out so I did that today. He also introduced me to karma kream and that's something I cannot live without now it's so yummy! I want to express my sincere appreciation for Isaac's help and assistance. Lush is so lucky to have him on their staff. He's a really good salesperson too b

Love the product which honestly saved this experience. Walked in with my daughter and on every other occasion, we got a greeting, help with finding products and explanations of products and yet this time the 2 associates couldn't help themselves to ignore everyone in the store. Even as we walked up, they sat there on their phones until we got to the register. This is sad as I really like Lush and how helpful the staff have been. Maybe they need a refresher on what even basic customer service is and should be. 2.23.26

The staff members at Lush were so helpful for my wife to find some fun products for her birthday! They gave us multiple examples of how their products work and let us touch, smell, wash and lotion up. It was a great experience, and they answered every question.

Ian was extremely helpful when I came in looking for my most recent purchase of super milk and even gave me a sample of the newest super milk sample/ and demo of the body oil bars for my sensitive and dry skin! He was extremely kind and did not push sales on me but of course I ended up purchasing all the products he recommended! Great experience !
