I think Lush just got another customer! I can say I absolutely LOVED my experience here! As a DoorDasher, now customer, I know I’ll be back! Specifically Karen (absolute sweetheart) helped me with my order as well as personal recommendations for me for when I come back! The scents she gave me to sample as well as showcased while asking me what I personally like I can say was 100 out of 10! And Devin was an absolute pleasure to speak and talk too at checkout when completing my order. If you’re looking for anything regarding personal hygiene and care, COME TO LUSH! And meet these amazing associates as well as the products are amazing and so many to pick and choose from!

i really need to share my thanks to cashiers karen, alex, and christine. i was looking for a body spray that was on back order. karen came across the store and gave me the tester bottle. they didn’t know how much i needed that very generous act of kindness. the staff was lovely, the store is always stocked amazingly and their kindness and generosity didn’t go unnoticed! i gave karen a big hug. thank you, lush! 🥹♥️

Today I stopped in to buy a little extra gift for Christmas. I was helped by Devin who went beyond and above to make the shopping experience special. She helped me pick the perfect gift and gave me an awesome sample to bring home for my daughter. We need more people in customer service like Devin. Thank you Devin!

What a wonderful experience!! I haven’t shopped at lush in years as a mom of 2 with a busy life who makes little time for herself. Tonight I decided to treat myself and Deanna was a HUGE help. She helped me find the perfect body lotion, body wash, and sugar scrub. She also grabbed me a few samples of other products to try. It felt so nice to do something for myself but even nicer to be helped by someone who was kind and put genuine effort into helping me find the perfect items for me. Thank you Deanna!

I cannot rave enough about the staff at Lush in Walt Whitman mall. Karen has been so kind and helpful in planning my daughter's party. They are accommodating and truly want you to have the best time and experience.
