Lush Cosmetics Village Pointe

We stopped by Saturday afternoon and Abigail helped us out. She was so knowledgeable and asked if I wanted a demonstration with one of the scrubs. I opted in and so glad I did. I ended up finding my new favorite citrus scrub. I was very surprised to learn it was only her second day on the job. She was so knowledgeable of all the products and a natural while assisting us. I would have never guessed she was newer to the store. A great experience! Very rarely do you get great customer service in our fast paced world and this was really refreshing and fun. Still not over the most amazing private birthday party my 11-year-old just had at Lush Cosmetics in Village Point with store manager, Jess and other leader (also named Jess) visiting from the Las Vegas market! From the second we walked in, Jess & Jess had 6 hyped 5th graders completely locked in — fun, engaging, and right on trend with everything they’re obsessed with right now. They made bath bombs, did lip scrubs, played so many games, laughed nonstop, and stayed entertained the entire time (basically a miracle)! Everyone came home with bags full of products, huge smiles, and the kind of happy exhaustion that tells you it was a total win. If you’re looking for a birthday party idea for your pre-teen, 10/10 recommend. Core memory unlocked!

Lush sells amazing body care products!!! My favorite is their Sweet Wild Orange hand balm - it leaves my skin silky soft and it smells amazing! All their scented products smell great - a visit to their store is a treat for my senses! They do have fragrance free products too. The sales assistants were very patient and kind explaining the ingredients and properties of various gels, soaps, massage bars... I look forward to coming back!

Went here today to pick up some goodies & the two workers who were working (around 12pm- one seemed to be training & was a newer employee, the other one seemed to have been working there for a while with a wealth of knowledge on the products) both were so kind & helpful & I went home with a couple things & a couple samples! So excited to try them & I’m not sure why I ever stopped going here bc this place is amazing! Will definitely be back again!

My daughters and I absolutely love shopping here and we love all of their products. The bath bombs are so cute and fun and make taking a bath even better. The Barbie themed products are amazing! Their products make excellent gifts. Everything smells so good and is made fresh with quality ingredients.
