Lush Cosmetics Valley Fair

The parking at valley fair was horrendous but my lush experience made it so worth it! Maria helped me pick out some beautiful gift sets for my family & even showed me some products that i would have never tried if it weren't for her wonderful suggestions! I am now a big fan of the solid body butter bars & dusting powders💜 thank you again, Maria & the whole valley fair team! I love coming here.

This LUSH store is so clean and organized. They have such nice people there willing to help out. 5 stars to Diana for helping me when I had no idea what to get for my daughter! So kindly and considerate! Appreciated it! Will be back Best Taylor

Jayson was so helpful in picking products for me! I am older and my skin is so much drier than in my youth. They picked a wonderful citrus-scented lotion and a soap for my face that is better for my skin than the over-the-counter stuff. I was totally impressed by how knowledgeable they were and how easily they knew what I needed and should consider. Jayson reminded me of how much I missed the in-person attention and care that online shopping does not provide.

Had an amazing experience and it was all because of Sophia! She was super helpful and even gave my mom and I a demo. Made my birthday feel even more special thanks girly <3

Not gonna lie, coming to Valley Fair is an absolute chore to park and get here, but going to Lush is the #1 highlight. I can smell the store from the Gap store! The lovely aromas to the delightful and aesthetically pleasing displays Lush is like a fever dream sometimes. I always like to come here to restock my bath bombs and body products. I love that there are three or four different sinks in the store so you could wash your hands or try out any of their products with an associate. I really love their customer service which is Top Notch especially Diana who brightened my entire week with her sweetness and kindness, like the best! Diana help answer all my questions and even help me find products and even recommended me some that I think are going to be my new favorites!
