I love Lush! In addition to great smelling ethically sourced products you have an incredible set of values that make me want to spend my hard earned money with you. Tonight I stopped in looking for a scent I smelled once upon a time and had no idea what it was called or if you even still carried it. (Helpful, I know.) But your customer service team is always wonderful and wouldn't you know it, the fabulous helpful, kind, attentive and knowledgeable Jessie found it for me! Avocado Co-Wash! Noel and Kendra were great too! When I got to check out counter they made great suggestions on similar products and even introduced me to a new face mask. I shop with you because your company aligns with values and beliefs that are important to me. And as long as you stay you, I’ll keep coming back. Thank

I had such a wonderful experience at Lush thanks to Delanie! She was incredibly informative about the products I asked about and helped me choose the Super Milk Hair Primer which smells absolutely amazing! What stood out most was her excellent communication skills and maturity beyond her years. Delanie truly went above and beyond to make my visit special. She absolutely deserves a promotion — it’s well earned and well deserved!

I work in a warehouse where I get dirty everyday so I came in looking for a sugar scrub, thank God I decided to come searching here. I wish I got their name but I was helped by such a kind employee who took the time to know what I was looking for and offer other reccomenations if the ones shown wasnt up to my expectations. Im pretty picky about what i get and I like citrus type scents, they were able to find both a sugar scrub and moisturizing lotion with both scents being what I wanted , I was ecstatic! After a couple of trials and erros I got both items and photographed a few more for future refrence. Thank you for having such a helpful employee and I will be back for the other items hopefully sooner than later!

Amazing customer service. The worker Izzy was very good at recommending scents that really match together. Also gave a good explanation on what ingredients were used. Would recommend this place!

I usually love Lush and have never had an experience like this before. Today at approximately 1:37 PM at the Lush Temecula Promenade location, staff followed and watched my family the entire time we were shopping. After we paid (spent over $100) and were walking out, the store manager physically took a paid bubble bar out of my 6 year old child’s hand, accused him of wrongdoing,turned to me and said “keep an eye on your kids” and then took our paid-for item behind the counter. We had to ask a cashier to return property that we had already purchased. My child was left embarrassed and confused. This was unacceptable treatment of a family and a child. We later called the store to request the manager’s name so we could file a formal complaint, and the staff refused to identify him. I will
