Lush Cosmetics Summit at Fritz Farm

It’s a very nice place. Extremely helpful even before being asked. Obviously even more so after they were asked. Explained everything and offered advice and samples of several things. I definitely plan on going back to buy and find out more about what all they have. Absolutely worth checking out 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍💯

My partner and I are taking a road trip, so of course, my goal is to visit every Lush shop along the way. Today we visited Lush in Lexington at Fritz Farm, located at 123 Marion St. The team members greeted us as we walked in and were super nice! The shop was nicely laid out with skincare in the back and bath bombs front and center. It was very spacious, well-stocked and easy to navigate.

Brought my granddaughter in today for birthday gifts. Terrible customer service. The associate (short, dark hair girl with glasses) was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. Very unprofessional and created an uncomfortable situation.

They're always so helpful and it smells SOO good in there! Love trying out their new products!

Awesome, happy and helpful staff! They have really cool smelling stuff but are extremely overpriced, for the quality of their products. $15 for a lip scrub (sugar+honey in a tiny jar)... I bought a shower gel from them; as someone who has made soap and gels before, all there was to it was the same fragrances and coloring I've used myself. Fun place to look around and I admit the bath bombs look and smell great, but save your money for the quality stuff you can get other places.
