Lush Cosmetics Southpoint

LOVE THIS STORE! The customer service was impeccable! I usually do not like shopping at the mall, but my daughter wanted to go. And since it was her birthday, we came to this mall. She wanted to go in and see the new store that had opened, and I AM SOO HAPPY WE DID!! The people who work there truly made our experience wonderful! We will definitely be back and have since recommended this place to a bunch of our friends and family members!!! I also don’t usually post reviews unless it was very horrible or very great service, and this definitely was REALLY GREAT SERVICE!!! THANK YALL AGAIN FOR MAKING IT MEMORABLE FOR US!!! Love this store and the people who work there!!! We will be back!! And will continue recommending this store to everyone!

Felt like I almost went crazy looking for the store, turns out they are now inside the mall:second floor by H&M. 😅🤣 Armand and Lez were wonderful, customer service was superb! 🤌🏻💖 Usually when I go to a store with my little one, the employees don't even get near me. Soon as I walked in, the lovely employees acknowledged my little one.

I just had to take a second to share my experience. My family and I visited lush for the first time. We were immediately greeted by Chrissy and one other associate I wish I caught her name ( she had lots of pins on her apron). They took the time to show us around and even tested a few products with us. I would highly recommend to visit them!!!

Went to pick up and order i placed online, the store was empty so i took a chance to look at all the products and I want to say her name is Sam or samantha?? She was amazing! Took the time to show me the products, gave me great recommendations and gave me an overall amazing experience at lush, its been about 5+ years that i’ve gone into a lush but this location is great! Amazing staff! Highly recommend this location!

Our daughter just had her 7th birthday party here. The were SO kind and patient and friendly. It was 11 girls and lots of emotions and mess and they made it fun and special. I can’t thank them enough!
