Lush Cosmetics Roseville Galleria

Cathlyn was very happy to get me shampoo and conditioners. He knew what every ingredient did and she even showed me on my hands how things feel she was very helpful and professionally. I even found mini cups in my bags of things to try out’ she made my day I will always come back !

I had the most wonderful experience at Lush in Roseville and it was all because of a wonderful employee named Abigail. I don’t live in a town that has a Lush so I have to travel to Roseville in order to shop there. My daughter wanted me to pick up a few things for her so I went there and Abigail helped me. I wanted to get a face mask for myself and she helped me find one that would work good for my skin. I told her it’s kind of overwhelming in the store as there’s so much stuff and I’m not sure what to get. Abigail then had a big smile on her face and said let me make you a couple samples of my favorite things. This evening at the Roseville Galleria my daughter and I were trying to do some Christmas Shopping. We walked into the Lush store. We were very happy that you have facials for men. We also were so happy to see attentive staff. Here are the staff that helped us. And you should be very happy of these three ladies. I believe their names are Annika, Clarissa and Danika, I believe these are these ladies name. And they are even good at up selling. You have an Amazing staff and we will be back! Way to go Ladies!

Somebody needs to give Kathleen and Julia a raise! I had SO much fun shopping at Lush tonight, thanks to those gals! There was also a gentlemen, so sorry I didn’t catch his name- he was great too! First off, Kathleen, thank you so much for walking me through the entire store and explaining every product to me! & for demo’ing the products on me as well. It was so fun! Then there was miss Julia, who was just so sweet and bubbly and totally made it a fun experience as well! These two were so great and I can’t say I’ve ever had that much fun shopping. Great job with these hires! I left with a big bag full of goodies that I can’t wait to use!!

Grace at Lush Roseville was the definition of exceptional customer service. My wife and I stoped by to pick up a lotion that she had smelled in the past and liked. Once we got the register Grace offered us some samples of similar products and even took the time to explain and show us some of her favorite lush products. We honestly felt like we got the full lush experience today and my wife said she had never felt more comfortable asking for recommendation on their products. Grace made our simple trip to lush a memorable experience, that made us feel like valued customers.
