Lush Cosmetics Providence

Lush is not a store for whom I am the target demographic. In fact, my favorite part of a visit is exiting and regaining my sense of smell. Being inside is just an olfactory overload. It's absolutely an assault on the nose and the brain. I like the idea of some of the products. Especially the crossovers, there are a lot of licensed products that are extremely fun. I think the prices are a bit too high to really be practical at all. But none of that matters - everybody who gets Lush products absolutely loves them. Whether it's my partner shopping, or we're giving gifts to someone, everybody loves Lush. Maybe it's a splurge for a special occasion or a gift. Whatever the circumstances, I cannot argue with the results.

I tried to use the barcode in-store in order to write this review but I had to leave in a hurry! I don't very often take the time to review places or experiences. I do however in this instance want to shout out the store and Jade in particular. I came into the store today because a female friend of mine was having a tough day. I've been in the store before and had a rough idea of what I was looking for but me being me I wasn't entirely sure what. Jade to the rescue! As I was wandering around trying to get an idea of what I was looking for just kind of lost as any dude could be. Jade approached me soooo incredibly friendly, no pressure and made me feel like a friend walking into the store. Not a customer. Gave me great opinions, options and never for a second did I ever feel pressured. It w

Love everything in this store. All of their products smell amazing! All of their employees are extremely kind and accommodating. I have to comment on one sales associate in particular named Jade. Hands down absolutely amazing! The kindest, sweetest and most helpful employee, and was so so kind to my daughter. Jade even helped my daughter pick out an awesome face mask! Can't wait to go back and buy more products! ❤️

I went in for bath bombs and face masks and I was not disappointed. I received help from one of the women employees, I'm so sad I didn't get her name. She helped me so much and was so knowledgeable on all the products. She asked me what I liked and used my input to find the perfect options. She made me feel really comfortable, plus she had lots of fun pins on her apron. I'm really happy with the products that I bought. Honestly a 10/10 experience.

Love the products but more importantly, I absolutely love Jade! She always provides the best customer service and is extremely knowledgeable as well as incredibly pleasant. I had pretty specific hair issues due to some medical problems that Jade was familiar with herself and was able to recommend some great products that fit my very specific requirements. She also noticed I had construction boots on and gave me a foot scrub to try! I wish all sales associates were as wonderful as her.
