Lush Cosmetics Perimeter Mall

First off and foremost, let me acknowledge Bunnie. When I tell you Bunnie has made each shopping experience an amazing one, I mean it. Bunnie is the sweetest soul and makes amazing suggestions. Now, with that being said, y'all already know that Lush is bomb! The store is clean and well organized and their stock is nice as well. I'll continue to drive the distance for this location!

I had the absolute best experience at Lush thanks to Bunnie! From the moment she greeted me, her customer service was warm, genuine, and effortless. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but what really stood out was how she gave me space to explore and figure out what I wanted without any pressure. Bunnie has that rare balance of being attentive while still letting the experience feel personal and fun. She answered my questions, made thoughtful suggestions, and honestly just made the whole visit feel special. If you’re shopping at Lush (Perimeter Mall) and get the chance to interact with her, you’re in great hands. She’s truly amazing!

I visited lush this afternoon (01.20) and had the most amazing experience thanks to Frankie! He was so knowledgeable about a ton of things there (including many of their products for natural hair 💕💕💕), so kind and such a delight to talk to! But to me the best part was when I checked out. I thought that I was a member of their loyalty program, so I opened up my app to check. I wasn't yet, and when I tried to create an account the app wouldn't allow me to. Frankie, the other associate on the floor, and their manager worked so hard to figure out the issue for me. When they couldn't they offered me an item for the value of the points I would've gotten! Truly a 10 out of 10, if you find yourself at perimeter you owe yourself a visit!

love love LOVE this Lush location. I've been in a few times and they've always treated me and everyone else in the store so warmly. However this time, their great customer service and kindness really shined through. I was greeted by a few employees as I walked in and they complemented a keychain I was wearing ... so sweet. They gave me the opportunity to drop my very first bath bomb into some water... and FRANKIE! (I hope i'm spelling their name right) They're a peach and half! Super kind, so knowledgeable about each product. I like gourmands and they did a great job of recommending some delectable things to me with no hiccups. They're also just fun to chat with! They're not only a wonderful asset to Lush but a great salesperson (coming from a retail employee myself). so thanks frankie
