This Lush shop is full of friendly & knowledgeable staff who make my shopping experience SO pleasant every time I visit. They always remember me & know what products I like so they can always let me know about new releases that they think I'd enjoy trying. And no, it doesn't feel phony or like they are trying to up-sell because they are always happy to let you sample for free.

I visited Lush in Naperville with my two younger daughters, and I have to say…Jacob was truly phenomenal. Can we please give Jacob the pay raise he deserves?! He was incredibly kind, patient, and so much fun with my girls. He took the time to explain the products in detail and even asked thoughtful questions to help figure out what would be best for our bath times. He was absolutely spot on with his recommendations. We left feeling excited and taken care of. Customer service like that is rare!!! thank you, Jacob!

Love this store. All the smells. Sigh. Dreamy. Love that they fight testing on animals and everything is hand made. Makes me trust their products so much more. Every time I go I buy sooo many bath bombs. You can even split them between baths because they’re huge.

My daughter and I had the absolute best time thanks to Livy. She was WONDERFUL. I hope corporate can see this review. She took her time and understanding our needs . Then made it a wonderful experience for my daughter and I. I wish more stores had a Livy in there store. She has the best customer service and super warm and welcoming. We love our skincare, sugar lips and mascara! We plan on coming back soon for the soaps!
