Lush Cosmetics Fashion Mall at Keystone

This store is an amazing gift to the senses! The staff is so friendly and helpful. My son loves the demonstrations the staff does. They are so knowledgeable about the products and always willing to give a sample to try in store or to take home. At first I thought it was a little expensive but honestly the products last and are so well worth the price. The store is also well maintained,clean,and organized well. I definitely appreciate that they have a few spots that specifically showcase the new products. They have clean alternative cosmetics in eco friendly packaging as well.

I love this store. Several of their products are my favorites, and I always find what I’m looking for. The staff is always very friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. I’ll definitely keep coming back. 🫶🏻

I had an amazing sales associate help me. I have been struggling with eczema since I've had my first child. I was looking for anything to relieve it. The sales associate that assisted me was so personable, kind, and non judgmental to me while helping me find lotions and balms for my skin. I desperately needed advice on how to navigate this new world my skin is going through. I will be returning to Lush thanks to their amazing customer service. Lush has honestly been the best customer service I've experienced ever.

i live far away from every lush store but this one is the closest to me. (1.45hr) i appreciate the employees so much. they’re so helpful & nice every time i come in. the store is always clean/organized even when it’s crazy busy. i also like that they’re so cool about exchanges bc otherwise i wouldn’t be able to shop at lush as much as i do bc i live so far away! i blind buy online a lot so if it wasn’t for this shop i wouldn’t be able to spend like 1/3 of my income at lush & i’d have to live w/ the torture of FOMO from not being able to try/smell new products w/out the ability to exchange them! so thanks for that! but yeah. i love this shop. i love the employees & i love the products. been using lush for like 16 years n even though they’ve done thru a bunch of changes, the products & quali

My partner and I are taking a road trip, so of course, my goal is to visit every Lush shop along the way. Today we visited Lush in Indianapolis at the Fashion Mall at Keystone, located at 8702 Keystone Crossing Blvd. It’s the only Lush in the state of Indiana! When we entered, it was pretty busy for a Wednesday afternoon. A couple team members greeted us but everyone was helping someone. The store was spacious and well-stocked. The layout was interesting with the till in the middle of the shop. It had more Lush Community offerings than my local shop, including the candles! I picked up an intergalactic candle which I’m really excited about. I’m really glad we stopped in and I’m pleased to see this location does so well.
