Lush Cosmetics Destin Commons

I was visiting Destin commons and felt sheer excitement when I noticed they had a Lush store. My local store employees are very lack luster and take the magic out of shopping in person. HOWEVER this location is a dream!! I was eagerly greeted by Luke & Krista who made my shopping experience memorable. They showed me some of the latest products, helped me search for a Halloween wrap I wanted and smelled perfumes with me. I was even lucky enough to be gifted a bubble bar, we love a pay it forward moment! This is always the sort of Lush shopping experience I love, and I only wish I had this magic at my local lush. Thank you for making in-person shopping a joy again ✨

Lush in Destin gave me one of the best shopping experiences I have had. Jennifer was incredible and spent so much time walking me through everything and explaining the greatness of each product. She made my birthday feel special with the kind of care and attention that you do not find everywhere. The store smells amazing the second you walk in and the staff actually seems excited to help. And guys listen up because Lush is not just for women. I walked out with products I never thought I needed and now I am hooked. If you want to smell good, feel good, and maybe even impress your girlfriend, this is the place.

Great store. The people that work there are very eager to help and answer any questions. They provide samples to help you make up your mind. Rose assisted us and was very nice and provided all of the info we needed to make a decision.

Rose is absolutely incredible! My husband and I walked in just 9 minutes before closing, but Rose immediately paused what she was doing to give us her full attention. She helped me find the perfect gift for my future daughter-in-law with so much patience and genuine enthusiasm. Even with the store closing soon, Rose never rushed us; she is incredibly knowledgeable and shared great insights about the products. I also noticed her providing that same top-tier guest experience to another person who walked in right after us. I love this Lush location! The moment you walk in, the scent is pure bliss. The handwashing stations are such a treat. A special shout-out to Rose, Zadie, and Krista—cheerful, friendly, and incredibly helpful! Every visit is a wonderful experience. 🌿💛
