Lush Cosmetics Cherry Hill

I want to give a huge shoutout to the Lush location and especially to Katie, the manager. She is a big reason why I started liking Lush again. Her leadership really shows, and she makes the store feel welcoming, calm, and enjoyable to shop in. Not only is Katie amazing, but the entire staff at this location is extremely kind, pleasant, and genuinely welcoming every time I come in. I’ve had issues with Lush in the past at other locations, but ever since I started going to the Cherry Hill store, I haven’t had a single problem. Every visit has been a great experience. This location truly changed my perspective on the brand, and I always leave feeling happy and appreciated as a customer. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. 💖

I love coming to this Lush because it’s always so well-stocked and spacious! Everyone here is consistently kind, but today Onyx was absolutely amazing. Even though it was quite busy inside on 12/17/2025 around 2:30-3ish, I’m so thankful I was able to get Onyx’s help. For the first time ever, I was able to participate in the “Bring 5 Back” program and get a free fresh face mask in return. I didn’t know how to partake in the program and was honestly a little nervous about it. I had washed my pots out and made them super clean, but I just don’t like walking into places like I own them—it’s a respect thing for me. I wouldn’t walk into someone’s home uninvited, and this is their place of work. Onyx was really quick to walk me through the process and made it so easy. The exchange was wonderful

This was my very first time experiencing Lush! I had the most amazing experience! The sales people know the products very well 😊 A saleswoman, Alyssa helped me personally and she was phenomenal! She also uses their products too so she was a trusted source 😊 the store was super clean and smelled amazing, of course! I can’t wait to try all of these products 🥰

I don't think I can give enough praise for this store. High quality skin and hair care products from a company that is environmentally and ethically conscious. They offer you free samples to take home and try and have plenty of testers for instore samplings. The staff here are the most friendly and helpful customer service that I have ever encountered. Seriously, I was last there 2 days before Christmas and all the employees were cheerful and helpful despite all the busy holiday shopping. This place must treat it's employees very well. Alyssa who helped us was awesome! Do visit this place and treat yourself or get a gift for a friend.
