Everyone working on 11/8 was great and attentive . I want to personally thank Joe he was very kind to my family and I helped my son narrow down his decisions (he loves bath bombs). Customer service was great from everyone can't wait to try our new products out thank you !

The place is just all around a 11/10 experience , everyone in the store was so nice especially the staff Amira and Cesia ! They helped me out with my first experience in the store and explained what everything would help out with. Definitely and extremely safe and warm embracing place. I could’ve stayed in there all day just talking and laughing with them and smelling all of the products! Don’t sleep on Em. Also the manager Jo was extremely nice as well! I will be back guys you’re gonna get sick of me

I just dropped a Benjamin at lush bc I saw their pro Palestine 🇵🇸 marketing. The employees were so amazing at this location!! They helped me find exactly what I needed and explained the products to me. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there as well which was refreshing. I got the snow fairy shampoo, Valkyrie conditioner, snow fairy scrubee, and the happy skin exfoliater. All of it is amazing and I feel so luxurious but also good knowing the ingredients are clean but so is the brand I'm giving my money. Also the glitter in the snow fairy scrubee makes me constantly sparkly like a real fairy! Love it:)) I feel like this is seen as a luxury brand but I thought that the prices were super fair. $100 for what I got was not bad considering how much everything costs nowadays. And it's all na

The employees were so kind. I asked so many questions and they were patient with me. The products are amazing and I didn't feel like they were trying to pressure me with sales, but trying to support me in finding what I was looking for. Thank you!

Lush is awesome! If you need to get a gift for a girl and have no idea what to get, come here! Pay two bucks for the super awesome wrapping too! I got a bath bomb whatever the hell that is.
