Lush Cosmetics Arden Fair

Last time i came in I had a bad experience here. It had been 6 months since i’d been at this location as Lush is definitely a luxury for me. I felt uncomfortable while shopping the entire time and ended up not even buying/ exchanging my items.They either follow you or ask wayyyyy too many questions after replying short. Maybe they’re getting a lot of theft but it just feels like they’re heavily following you, they should try better to hide that.

I haven’t been to this store since before I had my son… nearly 7 years ago, but it came to mind when I was brainstorming gifts for a new friend. We walked in, were immediately greeted, offered and received help and had the gift picked out, in my desired price range, within about 3 minutes. We then looked around, and were offered help again, a few times, but not in a way that at all felt pushy or annoying. One lovely girl gave me a sample for an exfoliating face wash, which is something I have been searching for, for so long. Another employee offered to help me, and my son try whatever we wanted. I declined, mostly because I just had too much crap in my hands (bags, purse, son’s jacket etc) to not feel overwhelmed, so I intend to go back soon to dive in and splurge. The check out process wa

Not sure what’s been going on with lush but this is the second time and location that’s turned bad. Not sure if it’s the new managers / leads but they are rude. Me and my boyfriend have both came in and he even noticed they were heavily watching/ following us as we shopped specifically by the bigger white pink haired associate without asking us any questions. The manager Leilani was no help and though she’s not as rude at the pink haired associate it’s expected if you’re a manager . Very unprofessional considering how much customers spend.I’ll be taking my business all the way over to the Roseville galleria unfortunately , they always have great customer service so unless it’s something thats out of stock I won’t be back.

After being a loyal customer for the face masks and some other favorites I will not shop at the Arden Fair Location. Had the worst experience today from the manager Leilani. She has no customer service skills or care for your business. I left the products chosen on counter and will go take my business to the Roseville location.

We always love coming into Lush at Arden Fair. The staff is always amazing. We are super bummed to find out our favorites aren’t coming back. We are super bummed about not getting Elfish this year and that the preserved version of Ocean Salt went away. Please bring them back!!
