I’m not sure why people are giving bad reviews to an honest and professional Hairstylist. She have work on my hair for 22 years, I will never let anyone else touch my hair. She does an amazing job, if she doesn’t have appointment available is because all her clients make appointments with enough time. I had waited 3-4 months if I have to, that tells you she does a wonderful job, she is the best in the city of Wilmington ❤️❤️💇🏼‍♀️ I will Hardly recommend her.

Been a client since 2014… that should say it all. Walked in with awful hair from previous hairdresser literally scared for Lupita to takeover. But!!!! She did, and boy was I impressed from day one. I absolutely would recommend Lupita Pros she will tell you absolutely the truth about what is wrong with your hair/how she can help you in transition to get to the color you want in a healthy manner. Cons sometimes the waiting period to get an appointment for New clients can be bit long. However once you have her as your hairdresser you will fly mountains, miss work and all for her. She does not accept walk-ins so please I encourage to call and be patient and don’t miss your appointment. I have heard new clients can wait 2 to 3 months. I personally go to her monthly and never miss an appointment

I had two bad experience with this salon. Worst of all because it happend with the owner lupita. I will never forget the day of my wedding when she had me waiting outside and never showed up to do my hair. Of cource she came out with a excuse. But I guess everything happens for a reason because the person that did my hair last minute did a fantastic job. However, my experience with lupita was very dissapointing because I gave it a try twice. After the first time that she had gave me a appointment at 10am for a bolayage and didnt start until 12 just because she sat in her office and talked to a friend by phone from mexico. Hope my review helps some of you people to think twice.

Edith was absolutely wonderful but she no longer works at this place. The owner however has the WORST people skills. I listened to her say horrible things about a customer who didn't speak spanish. I felt so embarrassed because the lady had no idea what the owner was saying and just kept smiling. Not only that the owner paid absolutely no attention to how I wanted my hair. Perhaps if she spent less time talking about her customers she may have time to actually listen to them. I have since taken my business elsewhere.

This salón is Amazing, I love the excellent customer service that they offer me. My hair was done by Lupita she did an incredible job , I am so in love with my new look, I will definitely recommend this salon, their work is really professional, they really know what they are doing , looking forward for my next visit
