I have been doing the red light therapy for about 5 months about 2 times a week and it has helped immensely with my knees. Had them cleaned out 2 years ago, Dr said 3 to 5 for replacement but since I started red light they have improved so much that I am pain free 90 percent of the time and I can walk down stairs normally😂. I also use the gym and resistance circuit. They have treadmills, bikes, elliptical, stair step (HIT), and weight. Staff and owner are super nice.

I went to their open house and was impressed with all the work they did to make this a nice spa. I won a drawing for red light therapy services and some tanning sessions. I was very interested in the red light therapy for arthritis pain. I told this to the owner and she insisted that I try it more times than my certificate offered. She offered this free of charge because she wanted to know my thoughts afterwards. I was so impressed that she cared and wanted to offer a service that could be beneficial on so many levels. I started paying attention to what was going on in our community and noticed that she donated a lot of spa services, but also her time in helping others. This spa is beautiful, it's clean, the people are friendly and accommodating and they are really invested in their client

Clean and quiet. Very relaxing place to spend some quality time.
