I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I paid $100 (including tip) for a gel pedicure, but the polish started peeling almost immediately after I got home. I contacted the salon to schedule a correction, and by the time my appointment came, all of my toenails were peeling. To make things worse, they changed my appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice. When I finally went in for the “fix,” they charged me the full price again, even though the problem was clearly caused by their product or application. During the correction, they filed my nails on top, making them extremely thin and weak. Now my nails are breaking and damaged. In total, I spent about $200 and ended up with ruined nails. I am extremely please with my nails by Lesya! I wanted to wait a bit before posting a review- originally got my manicure done on January 9th 2025, today is February 7th and the nails are still holding on strong and no lifting at all! I do make sure to be careful and not use my nails as tools but seriously this is impressive work! Worth every single dollar! I highly recommend Lesya, she does incredibly quality work. As far as the salon goes- it is very clean, tidy, modern, comfortable and serene atmosphere. Inside is attractively decorated and comfortable seating. The staff is friendly, and much care and attentions is given to clients. I will be back as a regular.
